Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) provides members with the opportunity to hear about the KCA’s accomplishments of the past year, receive a report on its finances, interact with other members and the Board, vote on the selection of directors and other issues, and raise questions and issues of concern.
AGM 2024 will be held on Saturday, August 3 outdoors at the Duckworth Barn from 10:00am – 11:00am (inside the Barn if raining).
Join us for coffee, tea and treats starting at 9:00am.
Draft Minutes of the 2023 AGM will be presented for approval at this year’s AGM.
